PhD papers should describe innovative and significant new research in systems and software process improvement. All accepted papers will be printed in the conference proceedings.
Review Process
All papers will be reviewed by at least two members of the PhD program committee. Papers will be evaluated according to originality, significance of the contribution, quality of written and graphical presentation, research method applied and appropriateness of comparison to relevant research and literature.
How to Submit
Please follow the following steps for submitting a paper:
Your paper should comprise 8 to 9 pages.
Your paper has to be conform to the EuroSPI² proceedings format. Please use the provided word template: EuroSPI² PhD Paper Word template
The paper must be uploaded at the EuroSPI conference website (see below).
Authors of accepted papers will be asked to write a final paper of 8 to maximum 10 pages and to prepare a 20 minutes PowerPoint presentation.
The final paper have to be uploaded at the EuroSPI conference website again to be included in the EuroSPI2 proceedings.

Deadlines for experience paper submission:
24.02.2012 - The first draft of the paper should not exceed 8 pages. Please use the above word template and upload the paper by using the below PhD Paper Upload function. If it´s not possible for you to use the upload function, please send the paper to rmess(at)iscn.com
30.03.2012 - Notification of acceptance. For the review the following criteria and review form are used: PhD Paper Review Form.
23.04.2012 - Contribution of final paper. Please upload the corrected version of your paper again. If it´s not possible for you to use the upload function, please send the paper to rmess(at)iscn.com.
25.05.2012 - Until 25.5.2012 an early registration is possible. Authors need to register by the early date, otherwise the contribution will be de-selected.
